This website is operated by Advance Computer Care, which uses the public-facing name ACC Inc. In this policy, “ACC,” “we,” and “our” refer to that business. This policy covers www.accpro.net and inquiries made through this website. Information handled while providing services to clients may be covered by separate agreements and privacy obligations.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Our contact form collects your name, email address, selected topic, and message. If you contact us by phone or email, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.
- Website and technical information. Our hosting, security, and analytics providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, referring pages, pages visited, dates and times, and information about website interactions. Analytics can also show approximate location and traffic sources.
- Spam-prevention information. Google reCAPTCHA may process browser, device, cookie, and interaction information to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated activity. Our server sends your IP address and a verification token to Google when checking a form submission.
Please do not include passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, or confidential client records in the contact form. Contact us first if you need an appropriate way to share sensitive information.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss requested services, communicate with you, understand where website traffic comes from, improve the website, troubleshoot problems, prevent spam and abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use this website for remarketing or cross-context behavioral advertising. The analytics, hosting, and security providers described below still process information to perform their functions.
Cookies, analytics, and service providers
Our website uses services that may set cookies or use similar technologies. These providers receive information when your browser connects to their services.
- Google Analytics and Google tags. We use Google Analytics to understand traffic sources and how visitors use the website. Google's tag is loaded from googletagmanager.com to provide analytics. See how Google uses information from websites that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google reCAPTCHA. Our contact form uses reCAPTCHA to reduce spam and automated submissions. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Bluehost. Bluehost hosts the website and processes the traffic, requests, and server logs needed to deliver and operate it. Bluehost is part of Newfold Digital; see Newfold Digital's Privacy Notice.
- Cloudflare. Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the website. It processes network requests and security information and may use cookies for security or traffic management. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Contact form submissions are delivered to ACC by email. Email and communications providers process those messages as part of delivering and storing our correspondence. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights, or address security issues.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect analytics, spam protection, or the ability to submit the contact form. You can call or email us instead. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
This website does not currently change its analytics behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Third-party providers may receive information about your interactions over time and across other websites that use their services, as described in their policies and subject to your settings.
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided or request access, correction, or deletion. Additional rights may apply depending on your location and the law applicable to ACC. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law. Please send privacy requests to [email protected] or call (818) 548-8080. Do not send identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate verification method with you.
Retention and security
Retention depends on why information was collected. We retain inquiry correspondence as needed to respond and follow up, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Hosting logs, security records, and analytics data are also subject to provider settings and retention practices.
We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no website, email system, or method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
External websites and children
Our website links to social profiles, maps, software downloads, and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. The social links in our footer are links, rather than embedded social feeds.
This website is intended for business audiences, not children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes to this policy
We will post revisions on this page and update the date above. Please review this policy when you want to understand our current website privacy practices.
